Heritage Cottage is a large four-bedroomed Greytown original home built in 1905 and has been been refurbished to retain its authentic and unique character but with the conveniences of today.

With its polished wooden (totara and rimu) flooring and fittings, two fireplaces, and walk in Victorian pantry, Heritage Cottage is a great setting for a relaxing break away.

The cottage has a beautiful front garden with many lovely flowers and is an ideal spot to sit in the sun and wind down. There is also a large and peaceful 900 square metre garden section at the back of the cottage to discover, which is full of fruit and vegetable plantation including grapefruit, rhubarb, peaches, fejoa, blackberry, pumpkin, and even its own vine, among many more.

Why not pick a grapefruit for breakfast - and bring it inside, where you will find a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the back garden. Or if you're not in the mood for any cooking, we're sure you will enjoy the homemade biscuits we have left for you, and there are some great restaurants a few minutes walk away.

On a rainy day, why not sit by the cosy warmth of the fireplace in Heritage Cottage and read through a magazine from our collection in the living room - or perhaps you would like to play cards or choose a boardgrame from our selection. If you like music, you are welcome to use the CD player - and there's a television and video player, so you won't miss any news or movies that may be on!

At night, why not gaze at the stars from the back porch- and then have a great sleep in our comfortable beds, with linen, towels and essential toiletries provided for your stay.

Heritgage Cottage has a century of memories and is a great spot to take a break - and take some memories with you to remember.
